📖 User Manual
We send all eSIM cards inactive with activation instructions.
After placing your order, you will receive an email within 24 hours containing your eSIM QR code and activation instructions.
Follow the steps below to install and activate your eSIM:
📥 Step 1: Install Your eSIM
We recommend installing your eSIM within 24 hours before your trip.
- Connect to a stable Wi-Fi network
- Scan the QR code in your email to install your eSIM.
- If scanning fails, use the manual setup details provided in the same email.
📱 Step 2: Activate Your eSIM
After arriving at your destination:
- Go to your mobile settings and set the eSIM as your primary data line.
- Disable Auto Data Switching (if enabled).
- Enable the eSIM and turn on Data Roaming.
- Restart your device.
💡 Important:
After installation, if your eSIM doesn't connect immediately, do not delete the eSIM profile.
Please wait patiently—activation may take up to 30 minutes.
📧 Delivery
- eSIM orders will be sent out within 24 hours of order placement. Please follow instructions provided for eSIM activation.
🚚 Returns
- We are happy to accept returns within one day of order received. No questions asked.
- The buyer is responsible to return the item to us for inspection or provide evidence of their claim.
- We reserve the right to either issue a replacement or refund the purchaser.
- Please note that we do NOT provide a return service for situations which includes but are not limited to: incorrect plan selection and misuse.
- No returns or refunds if the eSIM QR code has already been generated.
- Any refunds will be processed minus a transaction fee depending on your payment method:

International: 2.9% + $0.30 AUD
- PayPal:
Domestic: 2.6% + $0.30 AUD
International: 3.6% + overseas currency fee (max. $1 AUD equivalent). - If you experience any issues during your travels, we aim to resolve them as quickly as possible within business hours. Please allow us to respond before making alternative arrangements. If you purchase a SIM card from another provider without giving us a chance to assist you first, we may not be able to offer a refund.

An eSIM is a Digital SIM that lets you activate a cellular plan without a physical SIM card. For it to work, ensure your device supports eSIMs.

- The QR code for eSIM activation is for single use only.
- Once your eSIM is downloaded, do not delete it; reinstallation isn’t possible. Contact us for help with any issues.
- No refunds for deleted eSIMs, regardless of usage.
- Verify your device's eSIM compatibility before purchase; not all phones support eSIMs.
- Make sure your phone isn’t locked to a specific carrier.
Is my device eSIM compatible?
Note: it is not possible to store contacts on the eSIM as you do on a physical SIM card. You will however, still be able to access the contacts saved in your phone.

Will I get a phone number with my eSIM?
Our eSIMs are data-only and do not include a phone number. For calls and texts, we recommend using VoIP apps like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Skype, or Google Voice.
What countries can I use this eSIM in?
Each eSIM covers specific countries or regions. You can view the full list by clicking the 'View Coverage Country List' link located just below the Add to Cart section on the product page.
Which networks will I connect to, and how fast is the data?
Your eSIM will connect to one or more local networks in the covered countries. Most support 4G LTE, and some offer 5G speeds where available.
How long does my eSIM plan last? Can I extend it?
Each plan has a set number of days, listed on the product page. eSIMs can't be extended or topped up, but you can buy a new plan anytime.
How do I know if my phone supports eSIM?
Dial *#06#. If you see a 32-digit EID number, your device supports eSIM.
(Note: MEID is not the same as EID.)
Will this eSIM work on a cruise ship?
At sea, signals are usually only available via satellite networks, which our eSIMs do not support. Near ports, your eSIM will reconnect to local networks.
Can I use this eSIM on a tablet or other non-phone devices?
This eSIM is designed primarily for smartphones. While some tablets support eSIM, we cannot guarantee compatibility on all non-phone devices.
